A decade-plus with the C2 family
Kelly's been with C2 for about eleven years, originating loans for buyers across Orange County & Los Angeles from her base in Mission Viejo, California.
"I started working with C2 about eleven years ago. I love working with them," she says. "I work all over Orange County and LA doing loans and real estate."

"The most beneficial part of doing both real estate and loans is I love being in control of the whole transaction," she says. "The other agents love it because they don't have to reach out to other people or wait for answers. I have all the answers when they need them."
Back into real estate, through Cal State Realty
Kelly stepped back into the listing-and-buyer-rep side of the business in 2017, when she realized C2's real estate arm — Cal State Realty Services — could carry the license.
"I started working with Cal State about four years ago, when I realized that C2 did have the real estate division and I knew I was ready to go back into real estate."
Out of the office, in front of the home
The other reason for the double-license life: it gets her out from behind the desk.
"I'm really enjoying it because it gets me out of my office and takes me out into the public — going out and viewing property, taking buyers out, and looking at their faces when they see their new home and know that they've got the contract. Having full control by being able to represent buyers and sellers — and when they're buyers, doing their loan."
