I began my career in loan origination over 10 years ago. I am here to advise and assist my clients with their loan needs. After doing some market research, I realized that by being a broker, instead of working for a bank, I could actually help more people and offer extremely fast closings.
This helps my clients close quicker and be more competitive buyers in a multiple offer situation. Instead of only being able to offer the banks product, I could now shop amongst hundreds of different wholesale lenders for low rates my clients deserve. And I chose to work with a broker who is one of the largest, and because of its size, is able to negotiate preferred pricing and service for its client.
